FLEXX Work-from-Home Solutions is Software-as-a-Service (Saas) platform that empowers modern organizations to successfully manage remote teams anytime, anywhere. It streamlines collaboration, productivity, and employee wellness tools to successfully run a remote team.

FLEXX is a project of PRAXXYS Solutions, Inc. (PSI). PSI is the Data Controller, the website and system developer, and is also the Data Processor.

Any reference to “WE” or “OUR” pertains to the FLEXX website, system and Its marketing efforts.

This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, process, and share; why we do so; and your rights with regard to your information. We process your information pursuant to providing an efficient work from home solution for companies to track and smoothen out their operations through communication,collaboration and HR Management tools. We are also inclined to market our solutions, products and services. This is in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (the “Data Privacy Act”).

The data collected will be stored on a secure server, managed and maintained by PSI.

We may amend this Privacy Notice from time to time. When certain changes require your consent, we shall communicate the changes to you and ask for your consent. Otherwise, any other changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this site, along with information on any material changes. PRAXXYS reserves the right to update or modify this Policy and any Specific Privacy Statements at any time and without prior notice. INFORMATION COLLECTION

FLEXX  is made with “Privacy First Design” in mind. With that, we do not collect information without consent from the user and/or the admin.

 
The admin shall have access to do the following:

• Create work shifts
• Add employee on the employee List
• Review employee Productivity
• Review employee moodmeter
• Manage employee requests
• Review attendance
• Export payroll data
• Payroll management

The user shall have access to do the following:

• Set up FLEXX on desktop
• Login to the system
• Change his account password
• Update attendance status
• Requests for leaves and over time
• Create and join meetings
• Create tasks

When you use FLEXX, the following information may also be obtained:

• Activity: User activities within the system such as creating, updating, deleting, restoring data, etc.
• Attendance: Working hours
• Calendar: Tasks and meeting information with regards to the set schedule
• Productivity: Websites and applications visited
• File Management: User and admin uploaded files

When you engage with our marketing efforts, the following information may also be obtained with consent:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name
• Contact number

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children below thirteen (13) years of age, and we do not knowingly allow such persons to use FLEXX. In the event that we learn that we collected personal information from children below thirteen (13) years old without verified parental consent, we will immediately delete the information with notice. If you believe that we might have collected such information, please contact us immediately through the contact information below.

PURPOSE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION

Our system collects information in pursuant to providing a single repository and tool for the admin to keep track of their employee’s wellness, productivity, requests, payroll and work related status. Information collected is also to assist employees in communicating and collaborating with their co employees in a remote manner.

We also collect these information to track bugs, errors, and usage statistics. In case of any security incident or data breach, we may also use your information in our investigative reporting to the National Privacy Commission.

We may also obtain information in line with our marketing efforts to boost our brand’s awareness through digital marketing platforms such as Linkedin and Google Ads.

INFORMATION USE, SHARING, AND RETENTION

The information we collect shall be subject to the consent of the company’s admin and the user's discretion. All company information collected by respective company admins or used by users is in compliance to the company’s requirements to operate. We do not and shall not have access to any confidential or private information from our clients unless shared otherwise.
